Greyhall Publishing ships original artwork and selected physical products internationally where available.

Books sold through Amazon Print-on-Demand are fulfilled, shipped and handled directly by Amazon and are therefore subject to Amazon’s own shipping policies, delivery times and return procedures.

Original Paintings

Original paintings are carefully packaged and shipped with protective materials to reduce the risk of damage during transport.

Shipping times may vary depending on:

• Destination country
• Customs procedures
• Carrier delays
• Availability of the artwork

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Import Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for import duties, customs fees or local taxes depending on their country’s regulations. These charges are not controlled by Greyhall Publishing.

Returns

Due to the nature of original artwork, all painting sales are considered final unless:

• the item arrives damaged
• the wrong item was received

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours after delivery and include:

• order number
• description of the issue
• clear photographs of the packaging and damage

Books purchased through Amazon must be returned through Amazon according to Amazon’s return procedures and policies.

Refunds

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by shipping errors.
