Background Information
GREYHALL PUBLISHING
Greyhall Publishing originated from more than three decades of operational experience, observation, and the conviction that knowledge, experiences, and stories should not be lost. Behind every book and every work of art lies the same idea: what has been experienced, seen, and learned deserves to be recorded and shared.
The name Greyhall refers to the grey areas where reality is rarely captured in simple answers. Just as diplomatic, military, and intelligence organizations often navigate between security and threat, between responsibility and consequence, life itself is rarely exclusively black or white. Greyhall symbolizes observation, experience, and the ability to look beyond initial impressions.
All books and artworks are published and marketed under Greyhall Publishing. The publications and original artworks are the result of a concept where literature, operational experience, and visual art converge. The books and paintings each tell a story in their own way about human behavior, responsibility, security, love, conflict, observation, and the world as it truly is: complex, sometimes confronting, and constantly in motion.
Greyhall Publishing also forms the basis of The Operational Art Archive, where each original artwork is individually registered and provided with a Certificate of Authenticity & Provenance.
Special attention is given to the unique children's book series on safety. These books are specifically written to be read by children themselves and aim to make children worldwide safety-conscious in a calm and positive manner. Not by instilling fear, but by preparing them for situations they may encounter in daily life and teaching them to make smart and safe choices. Greyhall Publishing is therefore always open to international collaborations and initiatives that contribute to increasing the safety and resilience of children.
For other forms of collaboration, translations, international distribution, and new projects, Greyhall Publishing is open to contact with publishers, organizations, and professionals who share the vision behind this concept.
All literary works are published in Dutch, English, and German to reach the widest possible international audience.
We wish you much reading and viewing pleasure and hope that our books and artworks will not only inspire you but also invite you to look at the world around us from a different perspective.
We would love to hear from you.

Art with a Soul
All paintings are created on canvas using acrylic paint, applied with authentic operational objects directly related to the depicted scene. These objects have been part of operational deployments and leave their own physical traces on the canvas during the painting process. In this way, each painting is not only shaped by paint and form, but also by the history that underlies it.
